File Scavenger is the implementation of the award-winning data recovery and complete files Recovery NTFS volume. File Scavenger can recover files accidentally deleted, including files in the Recycle Bin, in a DOS window, from a network drive, from Windows Explorer with the SHIFT key down, provided that recovery attempted before the files are permanently overwritten by Windows. File Scavenger supports basic disks and dynamic NTFS compression, alternate data streams, sparse files, etc. Except in severe cases, both the path and file folders leading to the file can be recovered. With File Scavenger files can be recovered from reformatted volumes or broken. This is even possible when a volume has been deleted and its original position on disk and size unknown. Using the unique Defunct Volume Search mode, File Scavenger can scan the entire physical hard drive to look for traces of volume does not exist.
